How do I get my guide after I buy it?
Every product in our shop is a digital PDF. As soon as your order goes through, you'll get a download link by email, and you can also download it directly from your order confirmation page. There's nothing physical shipped to you.
Can I print it at home?
Yes — every guide and printable is designed to print cleanly on a home printer, either in color or black and white. The Visual Schedule Starter Pack looks best printed on card stock if you have it.
What if I have trouble downloading my file?
Double-check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for your order confirmation, which includes the download link. If you're still stuck, reach out to us with your order number and we'll get the file to you directly.
Can I share or resell a guide?
Our guides are for personal or single-family use (and, where noted, a single classroom). Please don't redistribute, resell, or share the files outside your own household — it helps us keep making more of these.
Are these a substitute for medical, legal, or educational advice?
No. Our guides share general, publicly available information for educational purposes. They're not a substitute for advice from your child's doctor, therapist, or school team, who know your child directly.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, we're not able to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If something's gone wrong with your order, contact us and we'll sort it out.
